Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Tuesday to Sunday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after the daily order cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

Business days do not include Monday and public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday) after an order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders $100+
- $10 shipping below $100
Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Order Changes or Cancellation
